February 9, 2005 - Kirby's done it. Mario's done it. And now, it's Pac-Man's turn to hit the targets in a life-sized pinball adventure. Namco's heavyhitter action hero's been put to use in many different game designs, and along with the many unique appearances that are in store for our hero Pac-Man, the company's sending him for a roll on the Game Boy Advance for a release this spring in Pac-Man Pinball Advance
The Game Boy Advance version of Pac-Man Pinball is in development at Human Soft, the team responsible for Namco's upcoming Ace Combat Advance. The company's pinball design will feature three huge scrolling tables of different themes, including tables revolving around Machine World as well as the ever-popular Pac-Land, with players sending Pac-Man on a ricocheting, bouncy ride to eat up dots and munch ghosts for the highest score possible.
Namco's planning on shipping Pac-Man Pinball Advance for the GBA this spring. It will be a single player affair. Hit the media link below to check out the first game footage from this handheld pinball title.
