March 10, 2005 - Irrational Games announced today that not only has Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich been released to eager fans of slick tactical RPGs, but the company has also posted some beta mod tools to get players started on customization.
In time with the game's release, fellow RPG powerhouse BioWare announced it will help in marketing Freedom Force, offering Irrational's new title on the BioWare online store.
The sequel to the original super hero RPG, Freedom Force vs. the Third Reich brings dynamic storytelling, fast-paced tactical role-play, and larger-than-life characters from the comic book pages to the computer screen. In this title, the league of heroes must travel back in time to defeat Blitzkrieg, defender of the Reich and his homicidal henchmen.
Look for the new Freedom Force chapter at local stores, at BioWare, and directly from the official web site, where you'll also find the mod tools. Click over and step into action, would-be heroes.
