Based on the console editions of the same title, X-Men Legends is the first RPG game in the comicbook franchise. As members of the famous superhero group, you build your party from 11 available characters and travel the land looking for baddies. The story is that government crony General Kincaid is trying to stir up anti-mutant sentiments, so he lets loose Magneto with the help of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants to wreak havoc on the city and give muties a bad name again. It's up to the player to organize the X-Men and beat these evil mutants into submission. The game can be played in single-player or up to 4-player co-op mode (via Bluetooth). There are 22 episodes and 50 missions, which total in at about 40 hours of gameplay time. In addition to fighting, you can customize your players on the fly and change your team's lineup at the end of each level. The game also features full motion video cutscenes.
