February 16, 2005 - Slated to ship in April, Heuristic Park's Dungeon Lords is an RPG that blends D.W. Bradley's proven storytelling skills with a real-time combat system requiring active player involvement. Set in a fantasy environment, it involves a single character caught up in a web of intrigue, surprise and betrayal. The playable races include familiar ones like humans, dwarves and elves plus at least two original options, the hulking Urgoths and feline Wylvan. The four class choices available are Fighter, Rogue, Mage and Adept. Advancement is open-ended, with each archetype disposed to learn certain types of skills, but not barred from any.
