Oxford-based games studio Rebellion founded in 1993 by the brothers Jason and Chris Kingsley. Since then it has expanded from a two-person outfit in the brothers' shared basement flat to a team of more than fifty programmers, artists and animators, and has moved into a new studio in central Oxford. The team consists mainly of Oxford University graduates, and several PhDs and MScs.

Although the company was already active during the Atari Jaguar days, it is best know for the PC first-person shooter Aliens vs. Predator.
