Introduction

This is a tale of two Londons. On the surface, the great metropolitan center serves as the heart of England, as well as the United Kingdom's seat of government. However, it pulses with a seedy underside that's been present for centuries. Things are no different in the London of today, save that the individuals and groups who operate London's criminal underworld have changed.

Two men, Sergeant Benjamin Mitchell of the Metropolitan Crime Squad and Eddie O'Connor, a two-bit boxer turned bank robber, are destined for a deadly showdown. After Black Monday, the lives of these men and those around them will be changed forever.
