December 06, 2004 - It's time to hick up again: THQ today announced it will publish Big Mutha Truckers 2, the racing-meets-economic simulation sequel by UK-based Eutechnyx.

The original Big Mutha Truckers, which sold more than one million copies, took players into the American backwater as the children of Ma Jackson competed against each other to big-rig their way to financial glory and the inheritance of Ma's trucking company.

In the sequel, Ma Jackson's in jail for tax evasion. You'll need to help her raise cash for jury bribing. To do so, you'll need to truck, trade, and wheel 'n' deal your way to cash. The new title features off-road routes, numerous vehicles, and a sharper focus on driving action.

Big Mutha Truckers 2 is slated to ship Summer 2005 for the PlayStation 2 and Xbox. Stay tuned for more details as they emerge.
