Are you the one who always helps your family and friends do more with their tech? The Tech Zone needs your help! We are hiring Student Employees to help our customers with their Tech. This position will work on our sales floor - assisting customers, ringing sales, checking in repairs, processing department sales, processing web orders, stocking, and counting inventory. Previous customer service experience is a big plus!

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled at least part-time for Fall Semester.
• Must be available to work at least 10 hours weekly during Fall 2026 starting no later than August 17.
• Summer 2026 Availability is a big plus.
• Must be willing to learn and eager to help customers!

The Tech Zone is an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We can handle in-warranty and out of warranty repairs on Mac, and can arrange for repair on iPad and Apple Accessories. We are not authoirzed to sell or service the iPhone. Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians are on duty 8a-4p most weekdays. Repair check-in and pickup are available during all regular store hours.
