Upon purchase, ThemeRuby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your license
- Receive updates and support for the duration of your subscription
- Use the Plugin for personal or commercial projects
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the Plugin with third parties
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Plugin
- Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Plugin
- Use the Plugin on more sites than your license permits
- Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring compatibility with your WordPress environment before purchase
- Maintaining backups of your website before installing updates
- Complying with applicable laws when collecting user data through surveys
- Securing your license key and not sharing it with unauthorized users
5. Data Collection
The Plugin stores all survey, poll, quiz, and form responses in your WordPress database. ThemeRuby does not have access to your respondents' data. You are solely responsible for how you collect, store, and use data gathered through the Plugin.
6. Updates and Support
Your license includes:
- Access to all Plugin updates during your subscription period
- Email support for Plugin-related issues
- Access to documentation and resources
Support does not include customization, third-party plugin conflicts, or server configuration issues.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ThemeRuby does not guarantee that the Plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Plugin.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ThemeRuby be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Plugin.
9. Termination
ThemeRuby may terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the Plugin and remove it from all websites.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
