Virgin EMI Records was a record label based in London, United Kingdom, and a division of Universal Music Group. It was founded in March 2013 through the merger of Mercury Records and Virgin Records. In June 2020, the label was rebranded as EMI Records, and operates Virgin Records as an imprint of the new EMI Records.
