Between approximately 8:42 and 9:23 pm ET our event processing pipeline experienced delays of up to 20 minutes. During this window, some proactive automations triggered incorrectly. Event processing has fully recovered and automations are evaluating normally. We apologize for the confusion this caused and are investigating the underlying cause to prevent recurrence.
