Just reinstalled Zen on ZorinOS hoping it could get rid of the problem. Before the problem existed it was working fine. Now it isn't and I'm always getting the same error message " DNS over HTTPS is not working because we received an invalid error (TRR_OK)" when trying to connect to one of Mullvad DNS on their webpage. It's supposedly detected in about:network#dns but it keeps going back to cloudflare.
I always use Zen as a main browser and LibreWolf as a secondary. LibreWolf has no issues on their DNS over HTTPS setting with Mullvad DNS.

i am currently dual booting my pc (windows on one drive, linux on the other) and i think its caused some problems with the sync. none of the changes i make on one instance of zen, lets say linux side for example, transfer over into the windows instance of zen when i open it. i have sync on so i expected atleast something to sync up but but none of the changes i made on the linux side happened to the windows side and im left with a default version of zen.
i tried looking stuff up for sync and it seems most of the people are talking about two instances open at the same time on the same computer rather than two instances which are open at different times *technically* on a different system. (for clarification i dont think its the OS thats the problem, it runs perfectly fine on both windows and linux for me with every feature working the same i just dont think the sync works)
do we know if theres any fix for this? if others are having similar issues is this smth planned to be fixed or is this something relatively new? i only just got zen so i dont know much about its development
i have no clue what to title this but i tried looking across the subreddit and when i tried look it up nobody really talked about the sync between dual booting so i figured this would be good enough.
