HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami,
Florida on June 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements for competitive sealed bidding procedure, as not being
practicable and advantageous to the City of Miami, for the maintenance and repair of eleven (11) Airhawk Exhaust Removal Systems. The approximate amount of the services is $271,892.00, and the work is to be performed by Garrison Mechanical Service Corporation, a sole approved vendor by the
manufacturer for these systems currently installed in Fire Stations 1-10 and 12.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Daniel Ramirez, Procurement Contracting Manager, at the City of Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-1903.
Said proposed resolution(s) may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or

All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed resolution. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be
considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
Pursuant to Miami City Code Section 2-33(o), whenever a scheduled City
Commission meeting is cancelled or is not held due to a lack of a quorum or other emergency, a special City Commission meeting will be automatically scheduled for the Tuesday immediately following the cancelled meeting. In the event of one of the aforementioned circumstances, the special meeting would be held on June 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission chambers
located at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133. All of the scheduled agenda items from that cancelled meeting shall automatically be scheduled as an agenda item at the special City Commission meeting.
The City Clerk shall notify the public of the special meeting that is to take place by placing a notice of the special City Commission meeting at the entrance of City Hall and the City's main administrative building, placing a notice on the City's website, and, if feasible, placing an ad in a newspaper of general
circulation before the special meeting on the immediately following Tuesday. There shall be no additional notice by publication required for any such
scheduled agenda item that is moved to the special City Commission meeting.

Community Development District
The Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the Trails at Monterey Community Development District (the "District") will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Board Meeting on June 23, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the meeting can be heard, in the Conference Room of the Kendall Executive Center located at 8785 SW 165th Avenue, Suite 200, Miami, Florida 33193.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on the Fiscal Year 2026/2027 Proposed Final Budget of the District. A copy of the Budget and/or the Agenda may be obtained from the District's website (www.trailsatmontereycdd.org) or at the offices of the District Manager, 8785 SW 165th Avenue, Suite 200, Miami, Florida 33193, during normal business hours, or by emailing nnguyen@sdsinc.org.
The purpose of the Regular Board Meeting is for the Board to consider any/all business which may properly come before it. The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. Meetings may be continued as found necessary to a time and place specified on the record.
There may be occasions when one or two Supervisors will participate by telephone; therefore, a speaker telephone will be present at the meeting location so that Supervisors may be fully informed of the discussions taking place.
